These were not scanned, cleaned, or edited by Ginga Scans. These are downloads found and shared by Mako that we are putting up for others to use as they want. Share the downloads wherever you want and use them however you want since they are not ours, but were made and distributed by the anonymous owner of the volumes. These are RAWs, meaning no English text, no translations, just the original Japanese text and everything. Special thanks to Mako for finding and sharing the downloads.
This contains the complete set of volumes 1 through 17.
The downloads themselves were hosted on sites with dangerous malware, so I cleaned out the zip files, renamed them without the really long 'excnn_10a_yaddayadda" titles so you can organize them more easily in your computers, and uploaded them to our scanlations hosting site for everyone to download.
If there are any problems with these downloads, meaning missing pages or covers or even volumes, unfortunately there is nothing we can do since we didn't scan these.

Odd. So far it's working for me; I'll try to mimic it and get a result, thanks for the heads-up, 18! Do you mean once it fully downloaded onto your computer is when it says it doesn't exist? While my file is downloading, any screenshots of the error saying they don't exist can help me identify it in case it doesn't give me the same issue on my computer
Excellent! Thank you so much, Mako, and the original scanner for these
I'm currently downloading the latest zip and will let you know how it goes. I can't seem to get the first zips to download fast enough, I wondered if you changed your system locale to Japanese if they would unzip without corrupting.
edit: Hmm, I'm currently having issues downloading any of the Zips right now. They keep timing out. I'll try again a bit later.

Okay! So here's the scoop on why these things aren't working.
The titles in the original RAWs of the files are in Japanese. I run Windows 7. Windows 7 has this obnoxious flaw of thinking foreign aplhabets or symbols makes the files corrupted and will not allow you to download them.
The test one has only volume 1 (I found the volumes 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the original, but they didn't zip into my test one for some reason so they will be added in the new and actual 1-17 zips) and is working because it does not have the Japanese text in it.
The volumes have been striked with lines because they're still not fixed. My internet was absolute shit yesterday so every time I tried uploading the fixed zips, it kept freezing and refreshing with every internet hiccup.
I will try again to upload all of the zips, which will be all separated into their individual volumes instead of in big packs, making it faster to upload and download. Thanks again for putting up with this, guys, my apologies for my internet.
I managed to download volume 10-17 and unzip without any problems. I have my system locale set to Japanese (usually for installing Japanese games). If users just switch the locale temporarily they shouldn't have any problems
Great scans too! I'm looking forward to viewing them after work

I'm glad they worked! The problem is I doubt most members here would know how to switch the locale, so it'll still be easier to just reupload them without those issues without getting an outpour of questions on how to switch and why the files won't open

That's what I'm thinking, since they're very similar to the anonymous volume scans of SSY, GNG and GDW that we found and used. Perhaps they'll soon be out with the rest of the GDWO volumes? That'll be pretty cool so people can finally see what's going on
Kuro: Meti is really fast at translating. Not sure how he does it LOL; I got lucky with vol 12 because I did some stuff early outta hype, but I couldn't this time, so it might take a littleeee longer

alpha: OH WOW I CAN'T WAIT ;D this is too awesome
Feb 16, 2018 5:43:49 GMT -7
Kuro: Hmmm... Tesshin uses the word 'onee-san' to prefer to Sakura... so despite him being some months younger than Gin, Sakura is still older than Tesshin apparently...?
Feb 19, 2018 0:36:48 GMT -7
regnant: Makes sense to me since she was Gin's mate, so they're closer in age
Feb 19, 2018 7:53:28 GMT -7
Kuro: True. Something else I don't get is why Yoshi tries acting like Smith's old personality was being a slacking coward. I think he's mixing up GB and Smith just because they're fluffy eared dogs ;;
Feb 19, 2018 11:15:21 GMT -7
alpha: Indeed! Smith was never a coward - he was leader of his platoon, he was leading member of the Suicide Corps, and he even stood against a scary general to protect gin.
Feb 19, 2018 12:51:18 GMT -7
alpha: ''protect gin''.. lol. I meant Gin obviously. not gin.
Feb 19, 2018 12:51:52 GMT -7
kolasis: I think because he was much less gang-ho about being a badass and he wasn't saying he can't wait to die as much as the other Manly Men, he's seen as cowardly for daring to express feelings of fear sometimes
Feb 19, 2018 14:28:47 GMT -7
Kuro: Yeah, I know right Alpha? But Smith told Gin to let him go when they were in the waterfall, because he didn't want Gin to die for him. Sad that not being over the top can rank you as 'coward', even if he wasn't the strongest.
Feb 19, 2018 19:46:08 GMT -7
alpha: He also got seriously wounded in the bear fight, and he didn't want Gin to rescue him.
Feb 20, 2018 5:00:49 GMT -7
乃ĿŌŌƉȲ₭ȲŌŪƧĦĪṜŌ: Is that how he's being presented next book? I always thought (in terms of the anime at least) that he was giving Smith a hard time because of what happened with Sakura.
Feb 20, 2018 8:07:43 GMT -7
Kuro: Yeah I know right? But yeah, Bloodykyoushiro. Tesshin was surprised to hear about Smith risking his life to save GB, saying he was always a coward who'd never do that. And the Gaiden side story doesn't help this change by making Smith a slacker too
Feb 20, 2018 10:04:27 GMT -7
Kuro: So I'm just confused if we're suppose to think Smith is only being put in bad light cause of Tesshin because of the situation, or if Yoshi actually made his younger self different. I mean... Tesshin saw Smith when he was younger. He should know him.
